Torqeedo electric drive systems are made in Germany. The emphasis is on outboard and pod motors but the range also includes saildrives and inboards. Torqeedo is the world leader in electric outboards, is represented in more than 40 countries and was established in 2004.

Ultralight 403 – 1.5HP

For kayaks, canoes and very light boats

With a power equivalent of 1.5HP this outboard is specifically designed to be mounted onto any rigid kayak or canoe. At only 7kg including the battery it’s the lightest drive system from Torqeedo.

Travel 503 / 1003 – 1.5 / 3HP

For displacement boats up to 6 tons

Ranging from 2 to 6kW this air-cooled electric inboard range is powerful and comes with integrated thrust bearing. The EcoLine is an enclosed motor that is water resistant and ideally suited for small to medium size displacement boats.

Cruise 2.0 / 4.0 – 5 / 10 HP

For boats up to 4 tons

The Cruise models have a power equivalent up to 10HP and need to operate from an external battery bank. They come in both tiller steering and remote (wheel) steering versions.

The FP (Fixed Pod) version of the Cruise models can be mounted underneath the hull, out of site and taking up to interior space. Available with folding propeller for sailing boats.
