The Kicker is an electric outboard that delivers the thrust equivalent to a 2hp petrol outboard and weighs only 4.7kg incl battery, so it can easily be passed single-handedly from a tender to a yacht, making it the ideal replacement for oars. It’s perfect to power a dinghy for ship-to-shore transport, is easy to mount and can be packed away in it’s own carry bag in less than a minute. The ideal solution for anyone with a boat on a swing mooring.
For it’s size and weight it’s surprisingly powerful. The 1000W motor drives a fully enclosed propeller protecting it from damage through grounding when operating in shallow waters. The integrated 259Wh Lithium battery offers a running time of up to 2.5hrs
